Principal Consultant - SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead SAP Field Service Management (FSM) engagements across Canada. The role combines deep technical expertise with functional knowledge to deliver end‑to‑end SAP solutions for clients in industries such as rail, utilities and asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle SAP FSM projects, from analysis and design through configuration, development, cut‑over and go‑live.
• Provide techno‑functional guidance on SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), IS‑Utilities, QM, HR and IS‑U modules.
• Manage cross‑functional and geographically distributed delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Engage with stakeholders and clients to define requirements, present solutions and drive business transformation.
• Maintain post‑production support and continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Minimum 11 years of IT experience, with at least 16 years of global SAP implementation experience.
• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or willing to relocate; travel may be required.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• SAP ABAP on HANA (OData, AMDP, CDS Views, Object‑Oriented ABAP).
• SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and IS‑Utilities.
• Functional knowledge of SAP QM, HR and IS‑U.
• SAP Certified Consultant (technical and functional).
