About the role
We are accepting expressions of interest for a temporary full-time Primary Care Paramedic to work at the Westlock Station, starting as soon as possible. The position involves 12-hour car shifts on a four-days-on/four-days-off schedule. Applicants will be required to submit their expression of interest through the company’s Bamboo portal and will be subject to a three-month probationary period. The role aligns with Associated Ambulance’s core values and strategic direction, emphasizing quality, patient safety and employee safety. The position will be awarded in accordance with the collective agreement, and multiple openings may be filled from this posting. Candidates must disclose any personal commitments that could affect their ability to meet the full-time schedule. All applicants must reference job posting 26-098 in any correspondence.
Required profile
- Valid ACP practice permit that meets the requirement for EMS practice in Alberta.
- Current, valid Alberta Class IV driver’s licence.
- Up-to-date with all mandatory and required training, including MCP and PDIC.
