About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining and ensuring the cleanliness of the public areas of the Hilton Québec hotel in accordance with established standards and procedures. This position works as part of a dedicated team that delivers a welcoming environment for guests and supports the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all common areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators and restrooms.
• Follow Hilton cleaning standards, use appropriate chemicals and equipment, and report any maintenance issues.
• Restock supplies and ensure all areas are presented in a tidy, orderly manner.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to achieve daily cleaning targets.

Required profile

• Willingness to work day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, autonomy and punctuality.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Dynamic, flexible and reliable.
