Practice Architect, Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio

About the role

Softchoice is seeking a senior Practice Architect to lead its Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio practice. You will shape the design, delivery, and evolution of solutions that leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform, helping customers transform their workflows and achieve business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, staying ahead of emerging trends.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve methodologies and best practices for Copilot‑based solutions.
• Support the creation and evolution of practice offerings, piloting new technologies as “Customer Zero”.
• Provide presales support, solution architecture, and technical leadership for strategic, high‑value engagements.
• Engage directly with key customers as a trusted advisor, leading workshops, architecture reviews, and executive briefings.
• Partner with Microsoft and other strategic partners to co‑create solutions and represent Softchoice at industry events.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions.
• Proven senior technical leadership and ability to influence practice methodology.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with a track record of advising high‑value clients.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to drive joint success.
