About the role

We are looking for a PowerPoint Specialist to transform legacy slide decks into modern, polished presentations. This remote contract position supports AI research labs and other high‑profile clients by delivering visually compelling decks that align with corporate branding.

Key responsibilities

• Convert existing presentations into updated, professional PowerPoint decks.
• Reproduce complex layouts, charts, smart objects, and embedded graphics accurately.
• Apply consistent slide masters, themes, and branding guidelines.
• Annotate and enhance slides for clarity, narrative flow, and visual impact.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations, transitions, slide masters, themes, and smart objects.
• Strong visual design sense and familiarity with corporate deck conventions.
• Excellent attention to detail and written English.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to work on a flexible schedule.
