Plumber – Commercial & Residential

About the role

We are looking for a qualified plumber to join G.S.P. Services Ltd. in Burnaby, handling both commercial and residential plumbing projects. The role involves repairing, installing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Repair domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of water supply and drainage networks.
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, cut openings in walls and floors, and install pipe fittings.
• Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing or welding equipment.
• Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
• Determine piping system requirements, size pipes, and estimate costs and materials.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Required profile

• No formal degree or diploma required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of plumbing experience.
