Plant Operator

About the role

Berger is seeking a Plant Operator to join its Hadashville site. In this versatile position you will support production by operating equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and stepping in wherever the plant needs assistance to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coverage and support for various positions throughout the plant.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, tractors, and loaders.
• Load and unload trucks according to company safety standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks to meet production needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to change tasks quickly throughout the day.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety procedures.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or outdoor work environments.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
