About the role
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Plant General Manager to lead its Peterborough manufacturing facility. This senior position is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial results of the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute 1‑year and 3‑year business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead a large team of direct and indirect reports, fostering employee engagement and developing future leaders.
- Ensure the plant meets its annual P&L targets, compliance standards, and key program implementations.
- Promote a safety‑first culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with local leadership and cross‑functional partners to close performance gaps and implement best practices.
