Pile Driver Operator's Helper

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pile Driver Operator’s Helper to join our crew in North Vancouver. You will work side‑by‑side with experienced operators, supporting the safe and efficient installation of piles on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the pile driver operator in setting up and positioning equipment.
• Prepare the work area, including clearing debris and ensuring proper site access.
• Transport, load, and unload materials, tools, and fuel as required.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery.

Required profile

• 1 to less than 7 months of experience in construction or related field.
• Availability for shift work and on‑call assignments.
• Ability to start on the date specified in the posting.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
