Phased Array Antenna Systems Engineer

About the role

As a member of the System Engineering Department, the Phased Array Antenna Engineer will define, develop and execute phased‑array designs, and lead the preparation, implementation, testing and verification of these subsystems.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain antenna subsystem requirements and lower‑level requirements.
• Perform requirements management, including tracing, justification and verification.
• Support development of design architecture and subsystem performance budgets.
• Create and maintain verification matrices and detailed test requirements.
• Develop build matrices to track product development hardware.
• Prepare and execute Assembly, Integration and Test plans, supporting testing from planning through production.
• Review unit‑level and system‑level test data, evaluate non‑compliances and assist with automated data post‑processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience with active antenna system design, beamforming and antenna parameter analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with antenna testing facilities and radiated tests.
• Knowledge of space and/or ground‑segment antenna applications, specifications and integration methods.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink and other simulation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
