Pharmacy Assistant

About the role

Phoenix, a fast‑growing telehealth platform in Canada, is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join its mail‑order pharmacy team. You will work closely with the Head Pharmacist to ensure prescriptions are accurately filled, packaged, and shipped to patients daily.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately fill and package prescriptions for timely shipment to patients.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks to keep the pharmacy operating smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Support the Head Pharmacist and team with daily operational duties as needed.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Works well in a team environment with a good sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a task‑oriented approach.
• Good communication skills with coworkers; no direct customer interaction required.
