About the role

This full‑time pharmacist position is based on‑site at our Delta, BC store. You will provide exceptional patient care by dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper use, and offering health‑management advice. The role also includes ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards, managing inventory, and supporting overall pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and health‑promotion strategies.
• Provide health‑management advice and medication therapy management.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, professional, and ethical guidelines.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and support quality‑assurance processes.
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmacological principles, prescription dispensing, and medication safety.
• Proficiency in patient counseling, medication therapy management, and health promotion.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, inventory management, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia, in good standing with the provincial licensing body.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
