About the role

We are seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide home support for elderly clients in North York. The role involves delivering personal care, medication administration, and companionship in the client’s residence.

Key responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and hygiene assistance.
Administer medications and collect specimens as required.
Assist clients with regular exercise such as walking.
Plan therapeutic diets and menus, and provide companionship.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning duties.

Required profile

Reliability, punctuality, honesty, patience, and flexibility.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, lifting 61‑80 kg, and standing for extended periods.
Criminal record check and valid public transportation access.
