Permanent Placement Recruiter – Engineering

About the role

The Permanent Placement Recruiter – Engineering will own the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for direct‑hire positions within the engineering sector. You will drive new business, nurture existing client relationships, and build a pipeline of in‑demand talent to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering direct‑hire roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold‑calling, and sharing top talent with potential clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and employer‑branding guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with regional teams and search consultants to align talent solutions with client needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews, interview preparation, and post‑interview debriefs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or sales experience in the engineering or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs and financial targets.
• Client‑facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Exposure to direct executive or leadership search is preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
