About the role
This permanent assignment is for a French Immersion teacher in a kindergarten/primary classroom. The position is open to members of the OECTA‑PVNC occasional teachers roster and to external candidates who apply directly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver French Immersion instruction to kindergarten and primary students.
- Participate in scheduled in‑person interviews on June 29th and 30th.
- Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and monitor email (including spam folders) for updates.
- Comply with the collective agreement regarding surplus status and future staffing rounds.
Required profile
- Member of the OECTA‑PVNC occasional teachers roster or external applicant.
- Availability for interview dates (June 29‑30) and ability to check email daily.
- Qualification in Primary AND French Subject or French as a Second Language (FSL) Part 1.
