Performance Strategy Senior Associate

About the role

This is a Senior Associate position within Accenture's Partners in Performance team, a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. The role sits in the Americas business and combines analysis with outcomes, working alongside clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to turn recommendations into results such as process improvement, supply chain optimization and back office transformation. The position is full time and involves significant on-site travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver big, rapid, sustainable results for clients, not just reports and presentations.
• Work with clients on implementation of agreed recommendations, from process improvement through to back office transformation.
• Travel extensively, including US and Canadian travel and other international opportunities, with heavy industry and construction sites comprising about 80% of the role.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience; a distinction average in a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Up to 6 years of commercial experience is desirable.
• English is required, as the role works with multinational teams where English is the common language.
• Experience in natural resources, operations consulting or analytics is preferred.

Required skills

• Excel and general mathematical skills.
• Analytics experience is preferred.

The annual salary range for British Columbia, Ontario and New Brunswick is $164,700 to $235,300, depending on location and experience. The recruiting effort is intended to fill a brand new position.
