Performance Strategy Manager

About the role

This is a full-time, senior-level Performance Strategy Manager position within Accenture's Partners in Performance team, a global management consulting firm focused on human performance. The manager leads engagements and works alongside clients in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimization and commercial due diligence across a broad range of clients and industries. The role is open to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts
• Ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, and coach and manage the client
• Own the end-to-end process of the engagement
• Travel extensively, about 80% of the role, including US and Canadian travel and other international opportunities

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of professional experience
• English is required, as the role sits in multi-national teams
• Preferred: undergraduate degree or equivalent with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills (engineering, commerce/economics, mathematics/science); MBA is an advantage; double or postgraduate degrees are highly regarded
• Preferred: experience with a T1 strategy firm, mining, heavy industry or construction sites, and extensive willingness to travel

• Annual salary range of $198,350 to $283,400 for British Columbia, Ontario and New Brunswick positions (Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Regina, Vancouver)
