Performance Marketing Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Performance Marketing Video Editor to produce high‑converting, UGC‑style videos for our campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to turn raw influencer and customer footage into engaging ads that capture attention and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Edit high‑performing UGC video ads for platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
• Transform raw influencer, creator, or customer footage into polished, scroll‑stopping ads.
• Work with performance marketers and creative strategists to align edits with campaign goals.
• Create multiple variations and cut‑downs for rapid testing and iteration.
• Apply brand guidelines while maintaining authentic, platform‑specific content.
• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control.

Required profile

• Professional or freelance editing experience (internships, personal projects, or portfolio work welcome).
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling in short‑form content.
• Collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn performance‑marketing principles.
• Interest in healthcare and making an impact on people’s lives.
