People & Culture Initiatives Advisor

About the role

WorkSafeBC is seeking a client‑focused Human Resources professional to join its People & Culture Program Integration team as a People & Culture Initiatives Advisor. This 12‑month temporary position will support the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and workplace culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex People & Culture projects.
• Administer ongoing HR programs covering onboarding, performance management, and workplace culture.
• Coordinate program and project delivery, including communication, change management, and evaluation activities.
• Research information, prepare detailed reports and documentation, and develop presentations for employee groups.
• Liaise with internal partners, external subject‑matter experts, and program stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Respond to information requests, provide clear advice, and maintain consistent client communication.
• Identify emerging program needs, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of new initiatives under the guidance of a P&C Specialist or Manager.
