Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the Pacific Centre location in Vancouver. You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and support revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor associates, providing guidance and effective feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and uphold high standards of customer service.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and using ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Reliability in following company policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.
