Part‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Part‑Time Supervisor, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for milestones such as the first day of school.

Key responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to guide families from pre‑emie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance on product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omni‑channel experience while coaching others.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow‑through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions that drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company‑sponsored programs.
• Provide in‑the‑moment feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• A positive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
• High school diploma.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lb, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
