Part‑time Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Retail Sales Associate to join our New Steel Body Jewelry store in the Masonville Place Mall. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering friendly service and helping customers find the perfect body jewelry. The position offers paid on‑site training and the chance to work in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, providing product demonstrations and answering questions.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, payment policies and exchange procedures.
• Assist with store upkeep, including cleaning, visual merchandising and organizing merchandise displays.
• Support inventory tasks such as restocking shelves and managing merchandise organization.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone with proper etiquette.

• Punctual, responsible and able to work independently while taking initiative.
• Enthusiastic, organized and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to adapt to flexible schedules and cover short‑notice shifts.
