About the role
Join La Vie en Rose’s store team in Quebec City as a part‑time cashier. You will deliver friendly, efficient service while handling transactions and supporting the overall shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, efficient customer service throughout the shopping journey.
- Suggest complementary products before completing each transaction.
- Accurately process sales, returns and payments at the cash register.
- Explain return policies clearly to customers.
- Answer phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow store policies.
Required profile
- Previous customer‑service experience.
- Quick, methodical, and attentive to customers’ needs.
- Comfortable working holidays or longer hours during busy periods.
- Interest in a career that offers continual challenges.
- Functional bilingualism is an asset.
