Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Roofmart, Canada's national distributor for exterior building supply (roofing, siding, metal and building envelope), is hiring an inside sales representative in Quebec City. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the store and by phone for sales transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the store or calling the branch
• Complete sales transactions, daily bank reconciliation reports and purchases
• Provide excellent support and build long-term relationships with existing customers while helping acquire new ones
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and legislation
• Perform other duties as required

Required profile

• 1 year or more of proven experience in retail, business, accounting or sales
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in a stable, growing company
• Authorized to work in Canada
