Part‑Time Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role
The Brant Community Healthcare System is seeking a part‑time pharmacist to join its Pharmacy Services team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will provide clinical coverage across a variety of hospital and urgent‑care settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services to multiple care areas within the hospital network.
- Ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health‑care teams to support patient care.
Required profile
- Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario.
- Willingness to work part‑time hours with no overnight or on‑call requirements.
