Part‑Time Merchandiser (Warehouse/Grocery)

About the role

MCA is seeking energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer’s Direct Store Delivery program in big‑box retail stores across Edmonton. You will work on‑site after deliveries, keeping shelves organized, stocked and visually appealing to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries.
• Rotate items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Build and maintain displays and promotional signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Process damaged, expired or unsaleable products.
• Use smartphone apps to capture data, photos and complete reports.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse or merchandising environments.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stretch and stand for extended periods.
• Confident communication with store staff, management and other vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphone applications for data collection.
• Comfort using handheld devices to capture photos and submit reports.
