About the role

The Laboratory Cashier works on the pharmacy floor, acting as the main point of contact for customers. This part‑time position requires a high level of confidentiality, empathy and professionalism while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing courteous and confidential service.
  • Handle customer requests within legal limits and protect disclosed information.
  • Conduct follow‑up phone calls as needed.
  • Restock merchandise displays to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
