About the role

Join Walmart Canada as a Grocery Associate and help deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience for customers in Fort McMurray. This part‑time position offers the chance to develop retail skills while working in a dynamic grocery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Zone the grocery department to keep aisles organized and accessible.
• Rotate stock, remove expired items, and ensure all merchandise is correctly signed and priced.
• Follow food‑safety, sanitation, and health‑and‑safety procedures at all times.
• Process ordering, clearances, mark‑ups, markdowns, and labeling according to store policies.
• Maintain fully stocked shelves, set up modular displays, and apply product protection when needed.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exemplary service.

Required profile

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to follow Walmart’s values and safety guidelines.
