About the role
Join Carrasco Wealth Management, a growing team within Harbourfront Wealth, as a part‑time Administrative Assistant. You will support daily operations, gain exposure to the financial services sector, and develop practical skills in data management and organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets with a focus on data accuracy.
- Perform basic data‑entry tasks and assist in generating tracking reports.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including filing digital documents and preparing simple reports.
- Help coordinate meetings, schedule internal tasks, and manage digital files.
- Offer ad‑hoc assistance as business needs evolve.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or office‑support role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in financial services or wealth‑management industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently on a part‑time schedule.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Google Sheets, including basic formulas and formatting.
What we offer
- Hourly rate of $25‑$28 (CAD) based on experience.
- Flexible schedule up to 19 hours per week.
