Partner Car Associate (Part-Time, 25 Hours/Week)

About the role

Power to Change is a Christian ministry whose mission is to help people know Jesus and experience His power to change the world. Its Partner Care team handles donations, and the Partner Car Associate (also called Partner Care Representative) works within this team to engage donors by responding to and processing donor requests received by phone and email. The position is part-time, 25 hours per week, on a 6-month contract, reporting to the Partner Care Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and process credit card donations
• Answer calls and emails from donors and staff
• Update donor accounts
• Keep records of donor interactions, process transactions and file documents
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to donors
• Maintain the donations database (Donor Direct)

Required profile

• A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Customer service and/or call center experience
• An administrative background is an asset
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication

Required skills

• Experience with database systems; Donor Direct preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite
