About the role

Knix is seeking a Part‑Time Team Lead to deliver an inclusive, confidence‑building experience for customers at the Toronto Premium Outlets store. You will lead the floor and fitting rooms, translating the brand’s mission into measurable sales growth while supporting teammates in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product guidance and create a welcoming atmosphere for every shopper.
• Lead the team in real time during peak hours, coaching and motivating to hit sales targets.
• Monitor and act on key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value and units per transaction.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure fitting rooms are comfortable and supportive.
• Drive customer loyalty through authentic brand advocacy and exceptional service.
