Part-Time Spa Practitioner

About the role

Join the Spa team at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort in Ucluelet, BC. As a part‑time Spa Practitioner you will deliver personalized massage and wellness treatments that help guests relax and feel restored during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized massage and spa treatments that meet guest needs and expectations.
• Review guest history and assess any concerns or contraindications before treatment.
• Recommend spa products and treatments, and share resort information when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment space.
• Follow equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Required profile

• Massage Certification and/or Aesthetician Certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant spa or wellness experience (hospitality experience is an asset).
• Physically fit to stand, bend, move and apply pressure during treatments.
• Clear, professional communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Available to work weekends and holidays and thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
