Part-time Retail Supervisor – West Edmonton Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Retail Supervisor for its West Edmonton Mall store. You will support the Store Manager by overseeing daily operations, leading the sales team and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily store sales and performance targets.
• Model high‑level sales performance and coach associates on product knowledge.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring they are fully versed in store procedures.
• Reconcile cash receipts, prepare bank deposits and manage cash handling.
• Open and close the store according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform stock checks.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or directing other employees.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for the Levi’s brand.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to last‑minute changes.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
