About the role
We are looking for a warm, polished, and customer‑focused Chocolate Advisor to join our Lindt store at Dartmouth Crossing. In this part‑time position you will create memorable moments for guests by delivering premium service and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide personalized product recommendations, and share Lindt’s heritage.
- Drive sales by promoting seasonal items, gift solutions, and corporate gifting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep shelves stocked and presented to premium quality.
- Handle returns, customer concerns, and act as a brand ambassador.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, receiving shipments, and accurate cash handling at the POS.
Required profile
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work toward sales targets.
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
