Key responsibilities

• Directly manage store productivity, merchandising, and sales performance.

• Oversee product receiving, handling, storage, and inventory levels.
• Maintain pricing integrity and coordinate promotional merchandising.
• Analyze reports to ensure overall store profitability.
• Collaborate with sales representatives on credits, displays, and order levels.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage people with prior management experience.
• Strong understanding of discount grocery concepts and key success factors.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
