About the role

Join Lindt as a Chocolate Advisor on the Boardwalk location, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience and sharing the brand’s premium chocolate heritage with every guest.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly, provide personalized product recommendations and share Lindt’s heritage.
Support daily sales targets by promoting seasonal offerings, gift solutions and corporate gifting.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep shelves stocked and assist with in‑store activations.
Handle inventory duties, receive shipments, manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately.

Required profile

Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

Experience with POS systems.
Cash handling proficiency.
