About the role
Join Lindt as a Chocolate Advisor on the Boardwalk location, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience and sharing the brand’s premium chocolate heritage with every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, provide personalized product recommendations and share Lindt’s heritage.
- Support daily sales targets by promoting seasonal offerings, gift solutions and corporate gifting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep shelves stocked and assist with in‑store activations.
- Handle inventory duties, receive shipments, manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required skills
- Experience with POS systems.
- Cash handling proficiency.
