About the role

The Educator role at lululemon is the front‑line position that creates world‑class guest experiences in our stores. Working part‑time at the Conestoga Mall location, you will engage customers, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to deliver a seamless, time‑respectful shopping experience.
• Assess guest needs and provide customized purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing, and cleaning the sales floor.
• Use in‑store technology to process transactions and support operations.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
