Part Time Merchandiser – Warehouse & Grocery

About the role

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is seeking energetic part‑time Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big‑box retail stores. You will work on‑site after deliveries, keeping shelves and displays organized, stocked, and attractive to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products following DSD deliveries, ensuring shelves are well‑filled.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and quality, and build/maintain promotional displays and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels, process damaged or expired items, and keep the store area neat.
• Use smartphone apps to capture data, take photos, and complete daily reports.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments.
• Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confident communication with store staff, management, and other vendors.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphone applications for data entry and reporting.
• Professional appearance and conduct while working independently.
