About the role
Noor Painting is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to lead construction painting projects in Surrey. You will oversee crews, manage schedules, and ensure high‑quality finishes while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers and painting projects, coordinating daily activities and schedules.
- Train staff or arrange training to improve techniques and safety.
- Estimate costs and material requirements, requisitioning supplies as needed.
- Provide technical advice, resolve work‑related problems, and recommend measures to boost productivity and product quality.
- Review and adjust work plans to meet project timelines and standards.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of supervisory experience in painting or construction.
- Availability for morning, day or evening shifts.
