Overnight Concierge

About the role

We are looking for a dependable Overnight Concierge to provide exceptional service for a 28‑floor, 379‑unit residential building in Coquitlam. The role runs nightly, ensuring residents’ needs are met and the property operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with package handling, key management, and information inquiries.
• Monitor building access and maintain security oversight.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for maintenance or repairs.
• Organise community events to foster resident engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reservations, record‑keeping, and resident communications.
• Respond to emergencies, alert authorities and guide residents on safety protocols.
• Report and coordinate minor maintenance issues with property management.
• Provide residents with information on local services, amenities, and community policies.

Required profile

• Flexibility and availability to address requests promptly during overnight hours.
• Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields (preferred 1 year).
• Ability to multitask and perform under high‑pressure situations.
• Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
