Oven Operator – 3rd Shift Production

About the role
The Oven Operator is responsible for operating and adjusting oven controls, monitoring oil levels, and performing prescribed quality checks to ensure the final product meets all specifications. This full‑time, permanent position works the 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am, Sunday‑Thursday) in a fast‑paced food‑production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Check bake weight, oiled weight, seasoned weight (if applicable), and product dimensions every 15 minutes.
- Conduct moisture checks every 30 minutes.
- Record all findings on the oven check form and in the Infinity QS system.
- Notify the Crew Lead immediately of any issues affecting product specifications, such as high moisture levels.
- Communicate shift‑to‑shift information, including changeovers and any pertinent concerns.
- Maintain efficient product flow through the production process while adhering to safety, GMP, and quality standards.
Required profile
- Willingness and ability to work the 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am) on a permanent basis.
- Commitment to follow all safety regulations, GMP, and quality procedures.
Required skills
- Experience using the Infinity QS system for data entry and tracking.
