Outside Sales Account Manager – Industrial Service & Repair

About the role

K+S Services, a SunSource company, provides a full range of industrial repair capabilities across North America. We are looking for a driven, customer‑focused Outside Sales Account Manager to cover the Windsor‑to‑London, ON territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and delivering solutions that keep operations running.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within the defined territory.
• Prospect and cold‑call to expand the customer base.
• Manage a book of open orders, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate daily CRM activity and organize a proactive outside‑sales schedule.
• Identify customer challenges and provide solutions to keep their operations running.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a 2‑year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably selling industrial repair services.
• Demonstrated experience with opportunity qualification, pre‑call planning, account development and time management.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel overnight; able to lift items up to 50 lb.
