Outfitter – Order Processing & Shipping

About the role

The Outfitter is responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping store‑to‑door orders with speed, accuracy, and excellent customer service. This full‑time, on‑site position supports Bass Pro Shops’ retail operations in Edmonton.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and confirm incoming orders, locate required products on the sales floor or back room.
• Prepare shipments by packaging, weighing, measuring, creating labels and invoices, and handing packages to UPS or Canada Post.
• Process orders and product transfers using SAP.
• Conduct package audits against shipment manifests to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate cancellations, split orders, and issues to the Store‑to‑Door team.
• Order and maintain packaging and shipping supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to deliver superior customer service and use good judgment.
• Valid Restricted and Non‑Restricted Possession and Acquisition License (training provided if needed).
• Interest or experience in outdoor lifestyle products.
