About the role
Superbolt is seeking an Operations & People Associate to keep its remote Canadian team running smoothly. You will act as a central support hub, handling administrative, operational, and people‑focused tasks so the team can concentrate on client work.
Key responsibilities
- Create presentations and decks for internal meetings.
- Prepare, process, and track invoices and expense reimbursements.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and external email communication.
- Draft monthly memos for the steering committee.
- Maintain the performance‑management system and keep the org chart up to date.
- Support onboarding, off‑boarding, raises, promotions, and time‑tracking/NPS initiatives.
- Provide ad‑hoc assistance, answer team questions, and resolve issues promptly.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for flawless execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to handle a shifting range of topics and tasks.
- Positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
