Operations Manager – Security Services

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Brampton, ON and focuses on leading daily security operations. The Operations Manager will guide a team of security personnel, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and act as the primary liaison with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources to meet client needs.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve operational processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold satisfaction levels.
