Operations Manager – Pest Control

About the role

Rentokil Terminix is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its pest‑control service team in Burnaby, BC. You will train, mentor and develop service technicians while driving sales, revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of pest‑control technicians to ensure superior customer service.
• Provide direction on service delivery, client care and field routing.
• Oversee basic financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel throughout the territory to support clients, assist technicians and collaborate with the sales team on business development.
• Adjust schedules, conduct quality‑control audits and produce weekly, monthly and annual reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of management experience with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Prior experience in pest‑control management or a similar service‑oriented field.
• Proven ability to train, mentor and coach service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to obtain required licences/certificates.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Required skills

• Route‑oriented service management experience (preferred).
