Operations Manager

About the role

JYSK Canada is seeking an Operations Manager to protect assets, minimise losses and support store performance. You will work closely with the store management team to embed company values, ensure security procedures are followed and help drive a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement loss‑prevention and key‑control policies to reduce shrinkage.
• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full‑store inventories.
• Manage weekly ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks.
• Support the store team in delivering JYSK’s customer promises and values.

Required profile

• 2 + years experience in retail management and customer service.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dynamic, positive personality with strong leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
