Operations Manager

About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to protect JYSK’s assets and minimise losses through effective loss‑prevention policies. You will work closely with the store management team to embed company values and deliver on our customer promise.
Key responsibilities
- Implement loss‑prevention and key‑control policies to reduce shrinkage.
- Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full‑store inventories.
- Manage weekly ordering to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience in retail management and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Experience with inventory management and loss‑prevention processes.
