About the role
Join Transat’s customer‑focused team as an Operational Support Agent on a six‑month contract. You will assist travelers with booking, itinerary changes, and travel documentation, ensuring a smooth experience across Transat Distribution Canada (TDC) platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through the booking process on TDC websites.
- Handle inquiries and modifications for air, hotel, car, and other travel items.
- Process schedule changes, cancellations, and other itinerary updates.
- Prepare and send travel documents promptly.
- Coordinate with supplier departments such as reservations, accounting, and customer service.
- Respond to information requests and follow up on pending modifications.
Required profile
- Diploma in Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑reliant and capable of meeting deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
